No, not really. That's way, way above market price. I'm sure the big release brought out some newcomers looking to make a quick buck who further exaggerated the price based on their wait.

Whew. Some are definitely will to spend money rather than time but I wouldn’t do it.

An upsetting detail on the first sidewalk next to the brewery was a beer reseller loading about 25 allotments into his SUV in front of TH staff. Good job everybody.

6 hours of my time is worth $300 to me easy, but not for a single 4-pack of beer. For a 4-pack each of the Milkshake and both OVs? Meh, I've made far less defensible beer purchases tbh. And I believe $20-$25 a can is about what these normally fetch on the secondary market.

I probably average a can release a month, up to and including last month. I guess I don't pay any attention to whether they specifically use Square, but either way they still use iPads and the iPads still go down regularly, particularly during busy releases. The actual brand of the reader was the least important part of that.

I'm sure there were pissed off residents but all of the ones that I saw interact with the line were surprisingly very positive. One lady even came out to walk her dog because "the tired hands lines are his favorite because of all the people"

I honestly feel bad for the people trying to attend Mass yesterday across from the park. Imagine trying to praise Jesus and there's not parking because of people waiting for beer

I didn’t take pics but 3-4 people in front of me did and knew who the guy was.

I also saw some guy in a white SUV parked at the ferm grab a can from his cooler in the trunk to bring with him up front to the driver seat. I can only assume he was drinking it while driving. You sir are a piece of shit and I hope you got arrested yesterday.

Boy am I glad I chose to sit this one out. I still have some Double Vanillas and Only Voids in my fridge from prior releases, I'll just drink those.

Supposedly they only made a small amount of it and I'm not even sure if it went to anyone other than employees or people they knew. Was kind of odd that they made a big to do about it and then didn't make it available.

No, it was a thin white guy. Vito certainly gets around though.

Hey, I see a lot of the beers from this weekend are still on tap. Anyone know if they are available for growlers/crowlers? Thanks!

Buddy of mine tried it. Said it tasted like Tropicana Orange & Mango, with no hops picked up at all. Pretty big ripoff at supposedly $5 a can if you ask me.

Tough to say. They did silent crowler drops on Saturday and Sunday. Not sure they need to get rid of even more beer this week.
