Does it help knowing they punked all the mules and line cutters by giving them cans that aren't sealed properly?

Are you saying that you are a mule or line cutter?

I did see posts on Facebook that some cans have had poor seals causing some leakage. Those same people have made mention that they’ve contacted TH who will be addressing it with them.

St Sixer and the Gin Fizz Shake are both fantastic.

Cracked open a Triple Vanilla Shake last night. Creamy as hell and boozy. Think it needs at least 1-2 more weeks though.

St Sixer was decent. Honestly thought it was a shake the entire time until about 10 min before I got my cans. Still solid though, not getting all the fruits. Grapefruit dominates but would be awesome in the super hot weather.

The nitro version at the Ferm was not as boozy and believe it or not even creamier. I think it ruined the cans for me.

People on IG are saying they've contacted Tired Hands and not heard anything back from them several days later.

I was told to contact Tired Hands about the leaks so I did. They got back to me saying they are working on finding a resolution.

Checked my cans last night and they were completely fine. Not a single leak around the seams. I guess that's what I get for actually waiting in line and not putting down a chair.

Disappointing that their response to the issue hasn't been consistent and prompt. You definitely won't hear me complaining about the price of their beer, but I think with that comes certain expectations of a quality of service. So many other breweries (see: Kane) have dealt with similar issues much more swiftly with better customer service. It's not like this is an infection either, where more testing/confirmation would need to take place.

They just got back to me. They are offering $7 a can refund (mind you this cost $6 a can). They said they'll also throw in extra goodies as well.

Less than a week answer is completely fine by me. I'd rather them make take their time to investigate.

I believe it took them over a year to acknowledge the exploding growler problem, so problem resolution appears to not be their strong suit.

I'm confused, you contacted them about leaking cans but your cans aren't leaking?

An extra buck back plus "other goodies" is hardly good enough to compensate people for the 6 hours they spent in line for busted cans. They should, at the very least, refund for the busted cans and then set aside free 4-packs for people for an upcoming Shake release.

Nice. That doesn't seem like the norm (in this scenario nor in general), but glad that it's happening regardless.

Just saw that they're extending that $7 per can policy to everyone. Good for them. Glad they're responding proactively.

they have had bad seams in their cans for months maybe longer... like 2017 months ago.. hopefully this is the straw that breaks the camels back and they fix their equipment for fucks sake

proactively is fixing a problem they have long been aware of... this is reactive not proactive

Yeah, I don't have a Facebook account. Should I directly contact them about this after I check my cans?

Thanks. I'll have to give mine a check. I'd rather have the beer than a refund so fingers crossed they're all good (they seem to be)

If they have a back stock, can't they just swap the cans out?

I will say, I have a few coffee vanilla OV cans from whenever that release was. A couple had what looked like leakage through the seam, but the can was actually sealed and was perfectly fine.
