This batch is exactly like the previous one. I'm very surprised (and impressed) with how close this is to what I remember the 50/50 being when they first made it.

With the storm I think we may see a Thursday release. They also skipped Sunday

It's been a while since I went over to Tired Hands to actually sit and drink/eat. I went to the Brew Cafe for lunch, and Fermentaria for Guillemot. I can't believe how packed they were for early Saturday afternoon. I left the cafe around 1:30, and every seat was taken. Fermentaria was packed to the gills.

I know the crowds were partly due to the storm and everything, but damn. Well apart from the anguish of can releases, they've got quite a scene going over there.

Also, Organoleptic is a killer beer. Really outstanding.

I think Place to Be is a cool beer. Would I line up and get a case of it? No, but I really like the flavor profile, especially while eating pizza, Italian food, or basically any food with tomatoes. I get the lemon, basil, tomato, merlot, and burnt bread flavors. Maybe Italian Dinner Beer would be a better name. Seeing people complain about the color is hilarious.

I don't really understand the flack this beer and Things Behind the Sun got. I love shakes, but I am happy they are trying some weirder, more complex, less sweet things. If you don't want to try them, don't buy them.

Things Behind the Sun tasted awesome with a week or so of age on it. I have 2 cans left, looking forward to cracking one open soon to see how it developed.

What are their batch sizes like recently? I'm wondering if Pineal will last until Saturday.

Praying it's 2pp max so I can get my ass over there after 6 and get my hands on some. Can only imagine what the parking situation is going to be like...

You really think the Only Void will make it behind the bar?... 420, at 2pp... Unless they do a phenomenal job keeping the double-dippers from double-dipping, I don't know if we'll be so lucky! I do love to be proven wrong on the regular though.

OV Coffee Vanilla sold out at 6:40pm. They 'X'ed hands too to stop double dipping the line.

Also next week is a English Breakfast IPA.. the labels were out plain as day.

Just like all the other OV variants I’ve had, the beer is a tad thin but the flavor on this is incredible. Definitely not aging these.
