Judging by the names he comes up with I would have guessed mushrooms.

The artwork at the Ferm is a result of shrooms... I assume the names are developed with the team smoking an endless amount of bowls.

Wow, talk about not taking in any constructive criticism.

Glad I didn't say anything, I was going to comment about HopHands has been terrible as of late. Good to know they think they're omnipotent.

Yeah hopefully they don't read my earlier post about their tacos being the most bland tacos I've ever had. They might hunt me down.

generally hate the level of arrogance there. i'm surprised they didn't block me for alerting them to a line cutter at last week's release. it was in vain, the guy ended up leaving with beer before me, even (he was behind), due to the credit card issue.

Im not a fan of the way Tired Hands carries itself either. From not addressing the exploding growlers or acknowledged when they brew a diacetyl bomb to this. Oh well, im just one person.

Must be a thing with small up and coming breweries. Someone I know that went to the last Extreme Beer Fest said the Tree House folks came off as really arrogant as well. Not sure if it was just a matter who they sent though and not necessarily a good representation of the brewery.

Tired Hands' arrogance vs Beer Advocate's Pettiness.. The ultimate showdown.

Personally, I've had nothing but good experiences with everyone working at Tired Hands. Guess i'm in the minority in that regard.

Me too everyone working there is really nice when I go. And I think they make some awesome tacos.

Not sure why hating on them is so popular.

I don't think the staff comes off as arrogant either. And I've always had pleasant experiences and conversations with the staff.

However, I do get the feeling that I'm missing out on some joke.
I paid for Para pour in the future man's closet during their Fermentaria party. The beer was great, nifty glass, and definitely unique experience. But reflecting on it, I can't help but feel like they're laughing their asses off at all the suckers, or are really sincere about being "strange and beautiful".
Either way, I'd be smiling watching dollar signs line up at my business after posting anything on social media.

I have had great experiences with people that work there also. Very nice people in my opinion. I'm talking about Tired Hands as a whole, as an organization. Yes, the waitress that works there represents Tired Hands, but I find it hard to believe she has any say in how they handle releases or handle their social media or how they handle exploding growlers or how they handle the insane price they charge for cans. The issue I have isn't with individual employees that have little to no influence on major business decisions.

My comment was more about them in conjunction with the fan base they attract. Did I expect them to do anything about the guy? Not really. I just let them know. There are complaints about similar things in essentially every beer can release I'm aware of... But how it is tolerated varies greatly between. Other Half at least addresses that people were making pigs out of themselves in line. They're not the cops, nor need to be, but address the problems. Tree House line is run like a well-oiled machine, plenty of hands making it smooth. Never seen a comparable line at Trillium, and if I did it went fast since they keep steady supply even during city events. FFF... You get the picture. I (and I'm sure others) could give more examples. There's really no need for it to be how it is: people literally running and climbing over each other for beer, disrespecting each other in the process.
It shouldn't have taken the local businesses complaining for Tired Hands to move that line, for example. What happened to the ticket system from the 'bottle days"? You came, got in line, got your ticket, knew you were okay because you reserved your share. Sunday mornin and calm!! I guess you could be the unemployed dudes now who just throw their chairs down at 12:30-1pm, drive elsewhere to drink 4 hours, then drive plastered back right at 4:58pm and leave 10 min later whistling. That's neither here nor there. I just want to know why they dropped the ball. Limes? That's silliness. Too much time on IG teasing cans and blocking users instead of addressing real problems. And no one said anything about the staff, but someone literally cracking open a can and drinking while the credit card machines were down isn't an asset.
