I don't have any patience either, that's why I showed up at 7, stood in a ten person line, and got the full allotment of Milkshakes five minutes later.

Man, that was definitely a crazy one. Got there at 3:30, got full allotment, but there was probably about 10 cases of High Road left by the time I got to the front. I normally would show up at 5, but because of the protesters decided to get there early.

Everyone I talked to said it was the longest line they'd ever seen there. Not really sure what made this one so special. I know it was a milkshake but even past releases with multiple milkshakes weren't like this.

Good job by Tired Hands only allowing two 4 packs per.

Yeah that's what I was trying to do but got there too early. Wasn't going to wait in the cold and rain with my kid cause you know parenting but I bring him with if I think it's going to be in and out cause he likes looking at all of the shiny tanks. Unfortunately at 620 the line was still down Cricket Ave parking lot.

Really hoping that new 60 barrel bright tank helps with future releases once they get it up and running. Also they have a crazy amount of foudres at this point, looks like they are up to 8 now....

I was pleasantly surprised by the Double Peach. Haven't had a can yet, only had it on draft at the BrewCafe. I'm not a huge fan of peach, but the peach is just subtle enough. Dangerous 9%.

very tasty, this was my first time trying a milkshake from Tired Hands as I avoided the other releases. There is a lot going on from hops/fruits/vanilla in the finish but it comes together nicely. When I was tasting it I thought this could go south at any moment if any one of the flavors started to take over but that wasn't the case, really well done.

Yesterday I expected a mad house so I got there early and barley got any high road.

Does Tired Hands usually have cans available on non-release days? Or would growlers likely be my only option? Will be in that area on a weekend next month.

They rarely have cans outside of release days. Sometimes the cans will last one night and be sold behind the bar starting at noon the next day. The exception is when they can a lager it usually takes a few weeks to sell out so that's your best chance.

Yeah they still had plenty of Trendler Pilsner cans last night. LOL.

She was behind me so about 3 hours from line up to beer, she also doesn't do sidewalks so she spend a good 2 hours in the street.

sounds like a lot of boys came to the yard

that's the way to do it but it's a risk sometimes when you know there is a line.. i thought i read they sold out around 7:30-7:45 and it never made it inside and the line was still going when it sold out. Not sure if the people at the end were double dipping or just late arrivers

Anyone know the hours for next Friday/Saturday? I am going to be in PA for Thanksgiving and was thinking of swinging by either the Brew Cafe or Fermentaria on my way back home to NYC.

i enjoy it as well, to me it's kind of like boat... it's got a nice hop presence from the citra but crushable... don't know how well it drinks with a lot of time on it though

First post, lots of Tired Hands line experience. Few thoughts:
    1. Chairs--Now standard practice. Is what it is. I sit in my chair and read;
    2. Smaller allotments for milkshakes--All for it.
    3. The Instagram release comments are brutal. Grown men trolling each other...
    4. Psyched for the Sunday release. Anyone have any predictions?
