Gotta give credit where it is due... Tired Hands moved that line faster yesterday then I have ever seen them do before. Amazing how fast it moves with no merch and 99.9% of the people are grabbing full allotments.

I texted my friend the same thing. I only showed up 45 minutes after 12 and the "huge" line was gone, like so small I was shocked and hence decided to wait for cans.

I was wondering about this since it seemed like the 1-130 arrival time was in the sweet spot which I thought was weird since they have never moved a line like that that quickly before.

And 3 iPads as @Chroma914 said.

Buddy of mine dropped our chairs at 8:15. We were halfway down the No Name street. Went to Nudy's for breakfast (terrific) and came back around 11:00. When the line started to move we had beer in hand at 12:15. We took our beer back to the car, then went into the Ferm for a Shake draft. Got one glass of Shake and then the keg kicked at about 12:40. They must have had only a keg or two of it. Anyway, when we left at about 1:20 I looked at the supply and there was probably half a pallet and the line was only to the end of the compost bins. So they were moving the line SUPER quick yesterday. Kudos to TH yesterday it was a super smooth release, one of the best I've been to. Eveyone was just getting allotments as @CharacterZero said and the line really moved. Nice to meet you yesterday too @CharacterZero!

Lastly, I know a few got burned yesterday on the no chairs before 8am thing, and yes they should have given notice in the IG post or had the correct sign out, but ultimately I'm happy about the policy and glad to see they are enforcing it.

PS: The Strawberry Shake is good. Here is my shake hierarchy:
    Cans
    Double Watermelon
    Double Vanilla
    Rose Panna Cotta

    Draft
    Double Watermelon
    Milksaint Fiver
    Neopolitan

I don't like to judge cans vs draft, I like to judge similar packaging.

They're canning Grafted Humanoid DIPA now.... Assuming it's still a Wednesday release?

    From the TH live video:
    Grafted Humanoid - Gewürztraminer DIPA

Wonder how it will be compared to Trillium's Dialed In (only other DIPA I know that uses Gewürztraminer)

Agreed, the Trillium Dialed In series is really, really good and the Gewürztraminer one was really good.

Agreed, I received a bunch of beers from Trillium and that was one of them. By far my favorite one.

I do both with my homebrewing - I force carbonate kegged beer to drink right away, and bottle condition beers like that I intend to drink over a longer period of time. The difference I tend to pick up is the mouthfeel, not taste. In general, my opinion is that bottle conditioned carbonation seems to feel a bit "smoother" and less "fizzy".

The "green" descriptor I would use for either yeast-off flavors, unpleasant bitterness, or flavors rounding off - all of which tend to improve with a bit more conditioning.

Have you had this with any of Tired Hands few non-hazy beers? Like any of the lagers?

I don't think I've ever cracked a Tired Hands lager the day of canning. After experiencing the "bite" a couple of times with HopHands, I stopped opening cans day-of. I suspect the lagering process and lower rate of dry-hopping would make any bite from force-carbing much less noticeable - my experience with homebrewing is that beers get much more force-carb bite when they have been heavily dry-hopped or are high in alcohol content or carbed to a higher-than-normal pressure (like tripels or hefeweizen).

Lychee and Satsuma Mandarin? They need to step up their game with the esoteric references.

Forest & Main's last IPA description has them one-upped:
"Notes of freshly poured cups of Albariño while sunning yourself on a sandy bed before dreams of European hay parties with attendants in cantaloupe dresses"

I'm thinking it'll be interesting to see how it matches up to Dialed in with the juice. Even more excited to see two IPAs of theirs for sale, other than Alien Church or Pineal, that are under $20.

That's what stood out to me, as well, interested to see if this is a one-off pricing thing, if this is Tired Hands realizing they've reached their pricing ceiling, or if (incredibly unlikely) we see prices decrease across the board a little.

Unfortunately Hidden River seems to be headed this direction as well:
"Twilight & Mist~ IPA. Citrus zest, soccer fields, heavy rain clouds, geraniums and violets, lemon rolled keif. Hopped with Lemondrop, Motueka and Wakatu. 7% ABV "
