I am headed up there for Thanksgiving to visit my in-laws and I am definitely going to stop in on Friday or Saturday. Can't wait to try some of their beers!

    Questions:
-Will they fill any type of growlers even if there are not theirs? I have a couple of the Victory swing top growlers and want to make sure its no problem.
-How big is the place inside? Just curious.
    Cheers!

Their policy is to not fill other growlers. And I could be wrong, but I believe there are certain laws that dictate that a microbrewery such as theirs fill only their own growlers. That being said, I've seen them fill other growlers. I just wouldn't bank on it happening. Place is big enough they hosted a dinner recently with I dunno...at least 40-50 people. There's seating on the main floor too for another 20 or so.

By the way...I don't work there, so these are just guesses. Just in case I'm mistaken and someone's readying to crucify me for it.

Thanks for the reply, and don't worry, I won't hold you to these guesses! haha Hey worst case, I can always add another growler or 2 to my collection.

they will only fill outside growlers if they are not labeled or non-brewery growlers (ie, store or bottle shop growlers). So, a Stone growler would not be filled, but a Pinocchio's growler would be. Just make sure it's not a brewery's growler. But, their growlers are only $5 so it's not really worth arguing over.

They sold through 4.5 kegs of FlavorAroma yesterday. I'm guessing it's good. Guess I know where I'll be around 4PM this afternoon. They really need to keep an IPA on routinely.

You think it sounds amazing? Wait until you find out what it tastes--and smells--like!

this. enough already with the fucking growlers - with the amount of money that gets spent on beer, $5 for a growler is definitely not a big deal.

Man, awfully hostile over a simple question. And I already had my question answered, but I really, really appreciate your worthless reply.

Skinsfan, if you read this entire thread, you'd understand xnicknj's response. It wasn't personal to you, it was directed at the general complaining about Tired Hands (understandably) refusing to fill growlers branded with other breweries' logos.

Flavorarmoa is my favorite Tired hands beer so far. Citrus and earthy goodness.

Drinking a growler and rooting against the Eagles.
