To Nitro or Not to Nitro?

Depends but over all lets not Nitro

 

One of the first dark beers I enjoyed was Left Hand Nitro Milk Stout, grabbed a six pack after a very bad friday at work and went to to meet some friends (like 3 hrs late). I thought it was pretty good, but I didn't care much for bitter/hoppy beers at that time. Since then, I have pretty much not liked anything I have had on nitro. Local brewery 8th Wonder makes a great Vietnamese Coffee Porter that I think is kick ass with all sort of nuance. But had that puppy on nitro and it just washed it out and hid all that complexity. So no to Nitro
