Please brew Berliner Weisse beers, and if you already do (I'm looking at you JK, Freetail, ABW) make them available year round in Houston.

I second this motion. I would also like to see variations with different fruits added, as long as you don't call them a Florida Weisse.

    That's more like it.

Einhorn is one of our favorite beers we make, but we would basically have to build a new brewhouse to make it year-round.

    Kickstarter?

Zio Carlo tried and one of two things happened; either a) Noah drank it all or b) something wasn't right with it (so they said). When it's released again I'm sure we'll be all about it.

    Yes, please.

At least keep it on tap. I'd buy the shit out of growlers.

Yeah, it was interesting. Wasn't anything to write home about, but I was there while it was on tap.

I think it would be a great summer seasonal for someone to make in TX.

There's a Full Sail Berliner Weiss in 22oz format available in the ATX market right now.

That's not even a real brewery in Texas. YOU MADE THAT UP! :grinning:

EDIT: Black Star Co-Op? Black Start sounds like a shitty Arizona brewery in Flagstaff or something. Apologies.

Loving this thread. Especially if some of our local brewers take notice. It's getting hot outside...

Einhorn is set for release on June 14 at the Austin Beer Guide party at Billy's on Burnet.

I think Waterloo (Black Star) was just tapped in the past few days.

Official release day for it is the 13th, but Jeff sometimes puts stuff on tap early if it's done.

I wish they'd use 20oz pints instead of those ridiculous goblets though.

Any chance of it making its way to Houston?
