I gather this is draft only at this point. What's the availability beyond that? On tap often? Growlers available? Reasonable to trade for other growler-only IPAs?
unlikely to be able to trade for. No growler fills of it in MN. So you'll have to hope that some other state that allows it gets some, and thats unlikely.
I put up an ISO asking for it and offering a lot more than ipas and got crickets. I don't think anywhere is filling growlers. Supposedly they are going to can it at same point.
Yeah in MN only the brewery can fill growlers, and only if they are smaller than Surly is. So no place in MN can growler it, Surly does distribute a bit to WI but not much, and something rareish like Todd probably won't go for growler fills.
Thanks for the info folks. Just skimmed over the MN growler thread in the Midwest forum and... wow... I sure am happy to live in Oregon where we have sane laws about this stuff.
