J&G is an aquired taste. Its not like what you are likely thinking when someone says "thin crust" pizza to you. If you like saltine crackers (minus all the salt on top), than you will like their crust as it is exactly like saltines. Same taste, texture, everything. The cheese they use is also an aquired taste...bit rubbery IMO. Its one of those places you have to try yourself and make your own mind up about.

Anything goes eh? As far as I know Matt is usually cool opening up the cave on Fridays. Should ask to make sure. I always wanted to do a food/beer pairing with some fine cheeses or something.

Has anyone spotted Frangelic Mountain Brown or Stone Smoked Porter with Vanilla Beans yet? As a Toledo native, I feel so out of the loop when it comes to places that have a bigger craft beer selection. All I really go to The Andersons and Joseph's Beverage Center. Does anybody know of any lesser known stores that tend to get more limited/one-off releases in?

Marinos has a pretty good selection. Might want to check them out. Andersons Market on Sylvania Ave. is where I always go. They have the best selection out of anywhere from what I've seen.

Interesting to note that flyer has a Columbus Brewing Company logo on it, wonder if that means they will soon be distributing in Toledo?

Good eye. Hopefully Columbus IPA will be on the shelves of our local retailers!

I would think so. Let's hope.
