I will be staying in Toledo tomorrow and will be looking for dinner and a beer. Recommendations?

IMO, Swig is good, but kinda pricey, especially for the types of food they offer. Usually a good beer selection, but they're awfully proud of their product, and the final bill reflects that pride.
Maumee Bay Brewing has good eats as well, probably priced about the same as Swig, but their beer prices are slightly less. If your hotel is in the downtown area, Maumee Bay and Black Cloister are within walking distance of each other, and there's a bunch of places to eat and have beers as well. I'm partial to Homeslice Pizza, love that stuff, although their beer selection is kinda hit or miss.
Guess it depends on where you are staying, and how far you want to drive for food and beer.

Yes, Thursdays are $6.50 for most of their beers, save a couple of bucks.
