Quick question for temp control, if I'm getting 59-61 temps during the night then 65 during the day right now everyday, is that too much fluctuation and I should move the beer out or should I be ok leaving it there?

I'd if not already, put the beer in a box. Before I moved my collection to a wine locker I had everything in boxes with blankets over top. I had everything against a cool wall without the blankets in between.

anyone else have an opinion if i should be ok with this or should i abandon my goal to cellar and just stick the beers i have in there now in the fridge?

6 degrees? That's wayy too much fluctuation and they're probably ruined already.:grimacing:

In all seriousness, you'll be fine. Beer isn't milk or eggs. It's not going to spoil or grow something. Just put it somewhere that's as cool and dark as you can.

good deal, i know when we have the air on it stays more constant. just wasnt sure if this was too much every day as I've been reading you dont want too much fluctuation of the temps.

Yeah, I would probably classify decent fluctuation as a change of 20 degrees or more. But that's just me.
Some people will tell you how you need to spend hundreds on a climate controled fridge, which may be true depending on where you live, but since I live in MI, it usually doesn't get too hot or cold in the house.
