So I've tapped my first corny keg tonight. The foam is high yet the beer is tasting soft and creamy like nitro. I set keg to 30 psi for 24 hours then bled pressure and reduced to 10 psi for 72 hours. This is resulting in the soft nitro feel with excess foam. What should i do? Does it need more time at 10 psi? I did not shake or agitate keg at all as one would to speed up carbing.

This is normal when a beer is not fully carbonated. Give it a couple more days at 10 psi.

Awesome thank you. So it just needed more time on the co2.
