Tool bar not visible on Mac

    This problem may be only on my computer, but I need some help.

    I was going to input an image url, but none of the boxes on the tool bar, above the box, is visible. I can see the squares, but nothing is in them (ie. Font, Bold, etc.). Any suggestions or ideas why it is like that?

    Which OS / browser version? Is it happening in other browsers on the same Mac?

    Doesn't matter what platform or browser I use. iOS, OSX, Windows 8, Chrome, Firefox, IE all with the same results. It's like it is linked to my account.

    It is intermittent... I see the problem in one tab (Chrome) and do not see it in another, does not happen every time (Mac).

    We didn't change anything (that I know of), but I'll have @Mike investigate if it happens again.

    I have seen it on and off over the past week, I assume it was something with the CDN not serving them up in a timely fashion.
