How can you agree with the top three you posted when you say you haven't even had the Heady Topper yet?

To add to the IPAs you cannot access easily but are among the best in the county:

    Maine Beer Company Lunch
    Alpine Duet and Exponential Hoppiness
    Stone Enjoy By

Based on how I've rated IPAs and DIPAs (keep in mind, I haven't had the big Vermonters or West Coasters):

1.) Firestone Walker Double Jack (insanely easy to obtain)
    2.) Dogfish Head 120 Minute
    3.) Central Waters Illumination

I've had two of the three, and I don't know. I guess Pliny is up there, but I would love to put it against a bunch of over favs and see how it fares. My favorite IPAs tend to be the one in my hand at the time that's fresh and is from a great brewery. There are so many of them.

These are just the best I've had, so there's no need to have an aneurysm when I don't mention Heady. These topics are pointless, but for some reason I always post and read them. It's interesting to think back on what you really like and what others enjoy.
