They probably change frequently for me, but just having had Dinner, it would be tough to keep it off the list. I've had Heady, Dirtwolf, and several Hill Farmsteads, but it ranks right up there.

Hop ranch to me was to earthy grassy.

 

I get a lot of tropical notes from Mosaic, sometimes even pineapple flavors, and I tasted a lot of that in Hop Ranch, which is why I enjoyed it so much.

Sculpin, sucks , and Maximus, boy that was hard . Wish I could try heady and Pliny. Should have been top ten.

I'll have to try it again , isn't it funny how taste and feel are so hard to remember . I like pineapple versus the usual citrus grapefruit hop bomb.

Another post, I believe after reading Everybody's post no one could narrow it down to 3. I couldn't, that's all I drink and the question really was hard. Good job! Forgot hop slam, resin, and hop stoopid.

Really hard to narrow it to three. My every day drinker IPA is Rhinegeist Truth, I've also been digging Knee Deep Simtra a lot lately. Permanent Funeral is awesome but hard to come by and expensive. Dirtwolf is damn good too!
