Top CA Beers List

    I'll be honest and admit that I thought I had more ticked than what was actual (29/50) and my initial thought when seeing this was, "I gotta go to work on some of these!"

    Then I looked at the list and felt a lot of them are fairly difficult to obtain. And now I'm sad..

    Oh well. That being said, CA brews some solid beers. No complaints here!

    Of the ones that I've not yet had, I most want to try Remy's Pappy (this was not an easy decision).

    Where are you at and what do you want to try most?

    im in socal, but i really want to try Westly or society exclusives from SARA

    Hmm...at 34...got some work to do. Although not sure the Lengthwise beers count towards the 50.

    Gotta work on the SARA and a couple of those random Bruery beers.

    First I've heard of them when I saw the list. Intrigued. Actually have a good reason to stop by Bakersfield.

    Interesting how the rankings go, especially with Lengthwise making that list with only 3 reviews. Its one of my locals and I do like it, but I think there should be many others rated higher. Anywho, I'm at 24/50. Almost halfway there livin on a prayer.

    Look at some of those reviews for Lengthwise...obviously fake.

    what is this list you speak of?

    Lengthwise beers are one step below mediocre, in my opinion. Haven't seen this list, but there's no chance they should have a beer on the top 500 beers of CA list.

    What list are we looking at? Lengthwise isn't on the BA California top 50.

    Looks like BA made some change in the algorithm or something just now. The list has just been updated and now I've tried 40/50. 10 more to go!

    Yeah, it definitely changed since I checked it this morning. I had 30/50 on the earlier list and have 38/50 on the updated list.

    Pretty sure I'm at 47/50 - never had Cable Car or Great, pretty sure I've never had Alpine Bad Boy but I get their IPA's mixed up easily.

    Yep.. Now I've tried 19 of the 50 . The main 250 top beers has changed as well .
