Yes, I highly recommend it. I understand that it's very much not a traditional pilsner and that might bother some people, but standing on its own merits it's a very good beer. Imagine the taste of grapefruit and the softer side of pine notes, with a crisp pilsner body. It's very hoppy in a way that stimulates the taste buds, and yet crisp and dry in a way that is very refreshing. It's like a hybrid of American pale ale and pilsner. The closest beer I've had to it that you have probably had is Victory's Vital IPA, which has those IPA hops but with a crisp, clean pilsner malt body. I don't care what anybody else says, I love it.

Breakfast stout is a real stand out. Any chance I have to get bottles of that beer I scoop it up. But with that being said, the rest of the beers I have had have been forgettable. I would like to get my hands on dirty and backwoods bastard though.

When I see it on tap I will give it a try.

Last evening I had for the first time a draft pint of Peak Organic Super Fresh. That beer is labeled as being an Imperial Pilsner but that beer tasted like a so called ‘NE’ style IPA to me. I enjoyed drinking that beer.

    Cheers!

Yes, that's exactly my assessment of Super Fresh! It's an incredibly delicious beer, but the farthest thing from a pilsner I've ever seen labeled as such. It's essentially a New England style IPA that was lagered. It would be more accurate to be labeled as a New England style IPL.

I don't know if you've had Peak Organic's other "pilsner", Fresh Cut, but that is quite similar to Founders PC Pils, albeit PC Pils is a bit dryer and snappier.
