Sorry if I offended you, but Hoegaarden just doesn't match up with either St. Bernardus or Allagash, giving no regard to the owner. It may be one of the most well known, along with Blue Moon, but that doesn't necessarily make it anywhere as good.

I'm probably going to lose a lot of credibility for saying this, but I think my favorite dubbel is still Leffe Brune. I tried Westmalle and it didn't seem significantly better? And Leffe I can find in 6-packs for as low as 8 bucks sometimes.

I would throw Rochefort 8 up there too.

You pretty much nailed it for me with the Belgian Strong Dark Ales, although I would easily go with the Rochefort 8 over the Maudite. Gulden Draak and Chimay Blue are two of my favorite beers of all time, but the Rochefort 8 tops both of them in my opinion. The Brooklyn Local 2 is very good as well.

With the Belgian Strong Pale Ales, I haven't had as many as I would like, and haven't yet had the La Chouffe, but I really like Duvel and Delirium Tremens... excellent choices. I would also add the Unibroue Don De Dieu and the Brooklyn Local 1, which are both spectacular in my opinion.

I'm fairly new to Dubbels, but the Chimay Red and the Westmalle Dubbel are both incredible. The Rochefort 6 is really good as well, but I don't think it's quite as good as the Chimay or Westmalle.

Again, I'm not as familiar with Tripels as would like to be, but the Westmalle Tripel, Unibroue La Fin Du Monde, and St. Bernardus Tripel are the three that really stand out for me (haven't tried the Tripel Karmeliet yet, although I really want to). Long Strange Tripel from Boulevard is another really good one.

Okay, so the Quadrupel is my favorite style of them all, and the Rochefort 10 might actually be my favorite beer of all time. I'll have to revisit the St. Bernardus Abt. 12 (didn't think much of it at the time) and haven't yet tried the La Trappe Quadrupel, but two of my favorites that I have tried are the Bourbon Barrel Quad from Boulevard and the Ommegang Three Philosophers.
