I took a liking to single hop beers recently, as well. I hope this thread leads to some good discoveries for me....

Just had a single-hop (session) IPA tonight actually -- Bravo Four-Point from Devil's Backbone. Not rated too highly on here it seems, but I thought it was pretty nice.

I think that's the only single-hop hoppy beer I've had so far, though; the other IPAs/pale ales/etc. I've had generally mentioned having two, three, or four types of hops from what I remember of their on-label descriptions. The concept does seem pretty interesting, though -- with just one type of hops involved, all of the features of that particular hop would stand out without any chance of flavors or smells from other hops overshadowing them in any way. I know I've really enjoyed the few beers I've tried so far that used Galaxy hops, so I may have to look into some of those mentioned here -- seems like Galaxy hops (along with Citra and Mosaic) have a lot of fans going by the replies on here already.

Yellow Rose is the only (single-hop) one I'm aware of and the only one I've had good enough to care about. Any other exceptional Mosaic only beers?

The best I have found says it uses Warrior for bittering.

Alpine Nelson is said to use Amarillo along with Nalson.

Founders Centennial uses Magnum for the bittering addition and Centennial for the rest of the way. No cascade.
