    Pipewords has said their ninja hop beers aren't single hopped but showcase the hop in the name. it's somewhere in one the pipeworks threads.

    Another Mosaic hop DIPA is SOSUS- would be excellent to try right next to Yellow Rose. Just like Zombie and Pseudo would be excellent side by side.

    HF Double Citra
    Sosus
    Yellow Rose

    I'm going to cheat and just name the single-hop beers that I really enjoy. I don't think I've had enough to really declare a top three.

    Trillium Artaic and Yellow Rose (Mosaic)
    Schlafly Tasmanian IPA (Galaxy)
    PseudoSue and Zombie Dust (Citra)

    1) Beer Hates Astronauts

    2) Citra Ninja

    Does anyone know if Permanent Funeral is single-hopped? I've seen things saying it's just citra, and other posts saying it's got a bunch of different hops in it. Anyway, if PF is single-hopped, it's tied for 1st with BHA.

    Either way, CityofWind, I like where your head's at!

    Speed Mettle - Single dry hopped version of Mettle.
    Mettle - Citra, Amarillo and Columbus
    Heavy Mettle - Citra, Amarillo and Columbus (plus 30%)
    Vicinity - Galaxy (primarily), Citra, and Columbus.
    FB-90 - Double dry hopped with Galaxy, Mosaic and Columbus
    Public House - Chinook, Centennial, Columbus
    Fort Point/DDHFP - Citra, Columbus
    Congress St - Galaxy, Columbus
    Melcher Street / DDH Melcher Street - Mosaic, Columbus
    Sleeper St/DDHSS - El Dorado, Columbus
    A Street - Amarillo, Columbus
    Artaic - Mosaic

    I believe GDHFPPA is brewed with Columbus and Citra, then dry-hopped with Galaxy. Don't quote me on that, though.
