Hey folks! Does anyone here have direct experience brewing with Topaz hops? I've read that they are similar to other Aussie hops, with a bit more spice and earth vs. tropical fruit. Wondering if that is accurate, how pungent they are, and whether you'd have any recommendations in terms of what beer style might work well with them... Thanks!
I'm brewing a beer with them next Saturday. Might be able to give you some info then when I open the bag and smell them.
Sure, sounds good! I always have trouble discerning what the final impact might be from scent, but I know others have better luck with that than I do...
