    Myself and Some Friends are Planning on going to Stout stock next weekend. Does anybody have an idea on what time we would have to show up to guarantee some aurora bottles? Thanks

    Not guaranteed but I’d say if you show up any time the night before you should be good for bottles. I’ve been there at about 11pm in previous years and had 100+ people in front of me. There appears to be enough to go around but there could easily be 250 people in line by the time it starts moving and the front has an allotment secured

    I thought the way they did it last year with the ticketing system worked so well - I don't get why they're going back to the old model for stout stock.

    Yea. There's really no reason to drive out to Iowa anymore, unless you're within maybe 5h, and even then you have to be dedicated. But for 1 beer? Just not worth it for me at this point. Haven't talk to a single person that is 4+ hours this year and is interested in entering.

    KBBS: the best beer I've ever had (from a beer sceptic).

    Of course, I paid $10 for my bottle from the brewery years ago. I would never pay the crazy dollars/trade demands it's at currently.
