Heading to Lincoln this week from IL. Wondering where I can stop to get Toppling Goliath(growlers)and some good Nebraska brewing bottles. Assuming any TG botttles would be gone. Any other recs. would be appreciated as well.
FYI - Toppling Goliath doesn't distro to NE. If headed over on I-80, your best bet would be to stop in Iowa City, but I assume all bottles are gone there. Not sure if anybody there does growler fills or not, but Short's Burger or Red's Ale House would be your best bet in Iowa City. Also, The Keg Stand in West Des Moines usually has at least one TG beer on tap and will fill growlers.
Sanctuary in Iowa City will fill TG growlers. So will Reds in North Liberty. Stop at Beertopia in Omaha.
