You very well may be right. I wasn't 100% sure on that one.

In 2013, Assassin was sold the same day as MD (copper wax) and KBBS (silver wax). If you are referring to 2014 Assassin release, the silent release was on a Saturday and I'm assuming the du of this wedding conflict, but it was in the tap room a week or so later for ~6 days @ 2pp

2014 assassin was available at the brewery for a minimum of a week, prob closer to 2 (3 per person) and hit distribution in 2 states
SR 71 lasted almost 2 full days
KBBS lasted a whole day at the brewery

2014 Assassin was $30 distro. Don't know how many bottles went out, but would guess it was at least 300.

I did and was taken aback by the $20 price tag. 1 Case limit...I bought 2 bottles.

I'm so newmoney I missed all these releases except for the recent sr71 and md. Wasn't 2013 kbbs release the time they had kbbs, assassin, norseman, sosus, and something else all on tap on the same day? I've talked to a couple locals that remember that day.. The first part of it anyway.

Ahh yes....these were the glory days. This was also when Mornin' Delight b1 was for sale and not a lot of people bought it due to it being poured all morning and the price for a non-BA beer. Skip the Sports Almanac, my Back to the Future tip would be to man up and max out that day.

Someone more motivated than me can find the post but if you dig through Clark's BA history way back when he talks about someday releasing MD in 4pks.

I was new to craft in 2013 my buddy talked me into buying the whole case of Assassin instead of 4 or 5 bottles and the 2 bottles of MD. I almost passed on the MD because it was not barrel aged. I was quite the rookie back then.

"Mug Club members, we sent out an email to you. Please check your spam folder. It's possible it might have ended up in there. Cheers!"

So if the countdown clock was on the SR71 page does that mean SR71 coming out again?

So it looks like mug club members will need to enter a lottery? Wonder if it will be a pool for non members too? Or that few bottles.

It literally just said you need to let them know by noon on 6/9 if you want to enter the lottery. The rest is just a description of the beer. No other details or release date.
