This is awesome news. DDH Psuedo and King Sue are some of my favorite beers.

Holy Shit. Incredible news — Now I know how a Miami Heat fan felt when Bron Bron came to town.

They still package their beer in bombers?

Evidently they're canning and doing bombers, not sure what will be sent out here.

Hopefully bombers since I hear the stuff brewed in Florida is not the same.

From what I understand, thanks to their huge new facility they are now canning in Iowa and the quality has greatly improved

Even if the FL quality wasn't great the cans of Pseudo Sue I had were fantastic. One of the better Pale Ale's I've ever had.

Yea I heard things were improving.

That's good to hear. I've only had the bombers and really loved them so was hoping for more of the same but would def pick up cans as well.

We've been told there will be bombers and cans coming! We'll post more information on what's coming once it's confirmed.

Brewmaster Mike Saboe will be doing a tasting in our Sturbridge location on Saturday, February 24th from 12-2pm and then in our Norwood location on Saturday, February 24th from 3:30-5:30pm.

I had a couple of their IPAs that were brewed in Florida a few weeks ago and I can't say they are stuff I would get excited about having in MA in 2018. We aren't exactly in need of more hoppy stuff on our shelves around here.

Nothing is brewed in Florida anymore, they have a gigantic new facility in Iowa. Had the first round of distributed Pseudo Sue cans produced at the new Iowa location back in december. A significant improvement over the FL stuff that is for sure. Much closer to the bomber production which was always in Iowa. I must say I’ve definitely had some serious variation in some of their beers over the years but the top notch King sue, DDH Sue, Pompei, Sosus, Zeelander, FS&M have all been really really impressive. Not a huge fan of the X-Hops series, had more duds than good ones.

Maybe 2-3 years ago I would have been excited, but this announcement does nothing for me.

Don't get me wrong, they're great beers, but I just can't see myself picking these up when they hit the shelves. MAYBE if they're super fresh, but it's more likely that I'll just stick to the locals that are likely going to be fresher, cheaper, and just as good.

I don't think that is the case. From Clarks tweets it sounds like the new Iowa brewery will supply their current midwest foot print, while the Florida brewed stuff will be used for expansion.
