Do the MD tickets need to have both the name and email address on them? The emails sent out last night made it seem that way.

I agree. I sent Etix an e-mail back asking for clarification.

Etix really has a way of making things more confusing.

I decided to call their customer support number. They said just the names should be ok. Hopefully that's the case, would hate to go and be told sorry your tickets don't have the email on them.

No email on mine either, guessing that's the norm and all is good.

Got a response back from Etix:

“The email address will not display on the physical or mobile tickets for this event.
As long as the names are correct, you’re all set!”

So for people with the last session like me (end at 3:45), do they kick us out and we will have to join a line to get back in? Pretty sure the answer seems to be yes and I'll have to chalk this up to a rookie mistake.

How was the line to get back in for MD last year? Did the line clear or will people in the last session have to wait outside to get back in? Thanks in advance for any info

What day is the Courtyard and Cellar bottle share? Also what is the Rubaiyat event? This will be my first time heading to Decorah for a release so just trying to get some info.

Yep, you gotta leave at 3:45 even if your coming back at 4. It pretty easy to get back in, but you will be waiting for tap pours....

Rubaiyat is a top quality restaurant in town, they normally do a ticketed event with each release( with a tapping of MD or what ever is released), and Clark normally shows up wielding some TG whales.

In the past has usually been a line that has started early for when the brewery opens at 4 PM? I have last session tickets as well. Are ppl lining up in hopes to buy remaining bottles left?

Yes, at the b4 release we got in line for the public opening at noon just after TG tweeted they were selling left over sets. I haven't seen if they are selling leftovers this time around but if so I imagine the line will start in the morning.

Edit: At the new brewery they may seperate the lines for left overs/cellar from the tap line. Just speculation.

If it is run anything like SR-71, there will be a separate line for the cellar sale/leftovers. Probably doesn't mitigate last session folks from being in the back of the cellar sale/leftovers line by default, but at least getting a pour of the standard offerings shouldn't be miserable.

Is Courtyard & Cellar doing anything that Friday the 24th? I was a big fan of the set up they had on MD day '16.

Ticketed pours on Friday evening, with the remainder of the keg being sold on a First-Come-First-Serve Basis for their bottle share event Saturday.....

So they are doing a MD pour even on Friday? Not interested in MD pours ticketed events. Don't have an issue spending my time at PR and bottle sharing at the hotel that Friday. Especially since i'll be coming down from MN and visiting a few breweries on my way down to Decorah.

    Cheers.

Is there a big demand for a shuttle between TG, the old TG, PR, hotels, the neighboring towns that have pours the evening before, etc? I've never been to an event so I don't know what the crowds/demand is like
