Hopefully they'll at least be decent and compete with 12-pk Wolfpup pricing. Can designs are quite generic. I walked right by today without noticing, thought they were kettle sours or something.

 

When I used to work at Hyvee Wine & Spirits, we always sold the Baraboo line of Hyvee beers at or below the price of national/regional brands like Sierra Nevada or Boulevard. My guess is these will be pretty economical. Maybe 7 or 8 bucks a sixer. This is pure speculation though...

EDIT: I'm an idiot and didn't even read where it says right in the FB post that they're 10.99 a sixer! Hopefully cheaper at my local Hyvee

 

I don't think it's being called Baraboo. Sounds like it's being made through their Wisco contract brewing. That place actually made really good Pompeii for quite awhile, so it's better than Brew Hub.

 

$10.99/6 pack seems like a pass to me.

So is Bariboo done? I bought some when it first came out but haven't really since.

 

It is quite delicious (Maple Cakes version was at least). Maple bomb, good barrel and awesome mouthfeel but it is really sweet. Having said that, I ordered as many as they would sell me while there. I hope to see it again this weekend.

 

I hope they let me order a flight of all 5 plus the extra MD pour....Ill sure be entertaining for my GF on the car ride back to MPLS! Ha
