What is BA Assassin? All Assassin is barrel aged.

The limit on Assassin was a case of bombers so I don't see it being that bad (although turnout is clearly going to be higher than last year).

What else was at the fest? I skipped it but I'd go next year if the lineup was good.

This might be the beer I'm most excited about all year.

Nevermind, the 23 barrels were not acquired, but there are many barrels of 20 yr and a few 10 and 12 yrs

They may release vanilla bean but I think that is just a one off like most things. That being said I will be there.

And yeah, Toppling Goliath chose not to come according to the BrrrFest Facebook page. Talk about a major bummer. For as much support as they get from the state, this hits right in the feels. But hey, take Vanilla Bean Assassin to an event in Wisconsin, bummer man.

...as they just announce that they are tapping a bunch of new kegs at the tap room. If they wanted to come to BrrFest, they could have come to BrrFest. They're riding a pretty high wave right now, might as well keep on riding.
