Town Hall question

They growler some of their seasonals, but not all of them. Helpful, huh?

Best bet would be to call them to see if they're growlering Twisted Reality & if they are, throw up an ISO.

 

I got a growler of the twisted reality late last year so I know they do growler that 1

 

Twisted Reality is not in growlers right now -- when I was there on Friday, there was a "#" following TR on the menu, which means it's not available in growlers. If it was available, I would so have one right now... the current TR is awesome!

 

I stopped yesterday and there was hardly anything special for fills. I think 2 apricot wheats. It was the doldrums.

 

Already out of 1800 and Thunderstorm? Dang.

 

They didn't start filling 1800 and thunderstorm until 5pm

 

Late last week they still had the Classic American Pilsner in growlers - not as good as their Saaz Pils IMO but a nice pils in its own right.

 

I just stopped at Town Hall. They have the following available in growlers right now:

Dortmunder
West Bank Pale Ale
Masala Mama
Hope and King
Black H2O
Classic American Pilsner
1800
Thunderstorm
Weizenbock

They have Twisted Reality on tap, but no growlers this time.

Also, I am drinking the Marmalade Sky on cask; it is really good!

 

Good lord. Marmalade Sky is fucking awesome.

 

Drowning in that would be a great way to die!

 

I love marmalade sky! And gladit is a house beer at the TH Tap.

 

It seems like the only beers that don't get the growler treatment are the high ABVs. Maybe there are exceptions though?

 

The Marmalade Sky is a dry hopped or double hopped version. It pretty much kicks ass.

 

twisted reality is 10.9%. a growler could get overwhelming. i drank one at the bar today while picking up a couple growlers of thunderstorm. 'murica.

 

TR was in growlers last fall/early winter. I was told this was a random single keg, so there wasn't enough to do growler fills this time.

 

Murica? Fuck yeah.

 

I'm glad I don't reside anywhere near TH Brewery. I was there for the first time last week and had a pint of Masala followed up by a beer flight (Classic American Pils, Apricot Wheat, Wiezenbock, Mango Mama, & TR). Reason being I would purchase way too many growlers. I honestly think you can't go wrong there and the variety on tap is superb even though it's from the same brewery! World class.

 

They're out to save the Mutha F***** day, yeah!

 

Are Thunderstorm and 1800 still there? Thinking of heading over there in a little bit.
