Just my opinion man...people keep saying that if you don't have a few minutes to send a message, you should not be trading. I am sure 99.9% of us enter into trades with good intensions. Sometime life gets in the way. People just need to relax a little.

@IPAFan521 is the trader in question's new username. Quit defending your horrible actions and get this man his beers!!!
    Haha

He's certainly earned a spot on my personal don't trade list.

You do know this thread was not referring to me right. I personally have been waiting on a LIF box since before Thanksgiving and because the person involved has been in constant communication with me and seems like a solid dude, I have not even thought twice about it. I may be ignorant, but I tend to give a person the benefit of the doubt.

I only come on here to post my opinions, not to start wars. I have had fingers pointed at me (once) and have had many opportunities to point fingers of my own and chose not to. I have never been stiffed/screwed in a trade and have never stiffed/screwed anyone else.

Like I said, I just come on here to offer my opinion. If you don't agree, that's fine, but I did nothing to you, so why come after me?

    Cheers!

Dude, the "Haha" and the "" weren't enough of a hint to let you know that I was joking?
    Cheers.

Sorry but you're way off base here. I don't know and have never met/traded with @IPAFan521 but if you put him on your DNT list because he says that things may happen then you are so far off base IMO. Has he done you wrong in the past? Was it strictly based upon his actions in this thread or other threads?

I am pretty sure he was the subject of a recent thread himself...no showed for an IP trade and a tasting that was set up for him when he was travelling (PDX perhaps). I don't feel like searching to link it.

Yes, it was in Nashville. The guy posted a bad trader thread after not hearing from me for a day and a half. The tasting was not set up for me, I was just invited. I didn't post on here to fight more battles, I simply posted on here to let the OP know my opinion of his situation. Once again, not sure what I did to you but I am sure you have good reason as well to add me to a DNT list. This will be my last post in any of these threads because my opinion is obviously wrong or something. Not worth rehashing a situation that was blown out of proportion to begin with.

I didn't add you to any list, just giving another BA some relevant info.

I see nothing wrong with being picky about who you trade with, and who you add to a do not trade list. Someone invited to a tasting, who blows it off without a word, agrees to an inperson trade, blows that off too without a word, finally responds to a posted accusation (ostensibly because for that entire time he didn't have ten seconds free, but certainly would have made contact even if his name wasn't posted) but has wonderful excu... err, reasons why even though he wasn't in jail or dead or in hospital he just couldn't come up with a way to contact his partner, well, doesn't seem too unreasonable for anyone to add that name to a list of folks who might be less than optimal partners.

So, even if you did add him to a list I think many folks would agree there was evidence that would support the wisdom of that decision.
