Before I posted I wanted to make sure that I wasn't way off. I have pirate bomb, whiskey noir and wine noir and was going to ask 1:1 for BC coffee or stout, kbs, jk noble king and dfh Wws/chicory. Is this way off?
So I have pirate bomb, whiskey noir, jk nk and wine noir And asking 1:1 for BC coffee or stout, kbs, jk noble king and dfh Wws/chicory. Need more caffeine before posting.....,.
Why is noble king on both lists? I dont think you're off. Go ahead and post the trade offer and see what happens - just get the wording down right.
The noirs you have are nice, but I'd personally think that pirate Bomb could go for 2 BCBCS, assuming you're after the smaller bottles- maybe a small nice local plus.
All of your bottles are well above the bottles you're being offered, with the exception of BCBCS. Pirate bomb is worth about the entire part of their end of the trade, IMO. http://www.beeradvocate.com/community/threads/iso-pirate-bomb-ft-darkess-pre.220019/ http://www.beeradvocate.com/community/threads/iso-pirate-bomb-freds-blend-ft-see-post.219966/ http://www.beeradvocate.com/community/threads/iso-pirate-bomb-ft-list.219572/
You could easily trade regular Bomb 1:1 with KBS and WWS, IMO, maybe with a + to make up for the $$$ difference for WWS. Chicory Stout is good, but it doesn't belong in that trade.
I could be wrong, but I thought DFH stopped bottling Chicory Stout last year, and replaced it with Piercing Pils. I believe its brewery only. If I were given all 4 of those you listed: Pirate Bomb, NK, Wine Noir, Whiskey Noir, I would definitely offer at least 3 BCBS, 3 KBS, and 2 WWS. Just my opinion. But I agree, you gotta make sure what you are offering and what you are asking for is very precise and clear. Or you're going to have an inbox full of confused offers.. haha
Everyone in this thread is over valueing WWS by my gauge. It is pricey but people will go over $4$ with wws vs what your offering. But like thats just my opinion man. edit: think I misunderstood @dannyfayy comment. But if I had WWS I would trade over $4$ for your beers. GL!
