I was wondering if I could get some input on a trade valuation before I post up a proposal. I am looking to trade a 3 pack of GI bombers (Lolita, Madame Rose, Juliet) all 2012 vintages, could expand with a pepe nero and matilda from 2012 as well, but those aren't as hard to find. Do you think these would go 1:1 with a combination of the following? If not, what ratios do you think these would go for. Bruery Stouts GM, BT, MW, etc Cake and variants BA biscotti break Hunna and variants BA Sump Darkness Dark lord and variants Pretty much any Cantillon Most any Side Project Cable car DDG NG wild peach Jester king sours Upland sours I'm relatively new to trading on here and just don't wanna look like a prick posting up a out of line trade. Thanks for any input
Honestly, the bombers you're trading aren't really highly desired as they're made each year in huge quantities with a large distribution footprint. I suspect there will not be much interest in "vintages" of those beers, especially not for some of the stuff you're looking for in return. In fact, I'd say you're reaching way too high with 90% of your ISO list. Your FT beers will probably trade for $4$ shelf beer.
Welcome to trading. As a rule, the Sisters just don't really trade for anything other than $4$ shelf beers. I've never seen a post that included them in its ISO.
Shane is spot on (James too). You're only a few weeks from the Bourbon County release. Put some money aside and prepare your chasing shoes. Load up as much as you can, especially of variants, you'll be able to knock a lot of your ISO off easily.
that's what I figured, just wanted to check. BC release is gonna put some miles on the car I have a feeling.
Unfortunately thats what it has become. The goose sisters are some of my favorite beers, i have a large stash of them and figured it might be worth it to post some up to see if i could get some harder to get beers that i have been wanting to try. BTW, the 2010 juliet and MR i had recently were up there with some of the best sour beers i have ever had.
