Thanks for looking. This is not a question thread but an answer. Those of you looking for Heady and Pliny should add this beer to your list. You won't have to give up much of anything for it as it is still readily available in the great state of WI but man is this shit delicious. Those of you outside of WI who've had the chance to experience the wonderment that is NG Scream please feel free to let me know if I'm just being a homer, but I really feel like more people need to taste what we got going on here. Agreed it's pretty dang good stuff, considering I can get it locally whenever I want. A couple people have asked me to ship them a 4-pack; I expect they've enjoyed it.
Scream is an awesome brew from an exceptional brewery. I love the drive up there. The countryside is scenic, the brewery is gorgeous & the employees are always so pleasant & helpful. NG is truly one of my favorites.
Yup... just got a Scream as an extra in a trade... it's a great DIPA... is it worthy of it's 97 rating? Negatory... give me Odell Myrcenary ANY DAY over it...(seriously not trying to be a homer here..) But Scream is still excellent!
Scream is great. Very light body for how much booze/flavor there is. Too bad us foreigners have to deal with assholes like @hansenm72 to get any New Glarus...
C'mon man. He said mediocre! That's bears territory. Lord knows the lions and vikes are below that threshold. Though their 8, or howmanyever, first round draft picks should help the Minny Petersons.
Just focus on Karen Rodgers staying healthy. We've all seen what a disaster the Packers are without ONE player!!
Got my hands on a few of these... and absolutely agree. It's pretty phenomenal. Has me wanting more, that's for sure!!!
Just wanted to say I got some Scream in a recent trade and it really is nothing short of fantastic. It is a bit boozy, but in a good way .
@hansenm72 as the resident MLB 13 tracker and beer giver I must wholeheartedly agree! Scream was delicious. I wouldn't put it ahead on Heady but it is an upper echelon IIPA
