    #172 second batch from 2008. What is it going for these days?

    Not sure but other Eclipse beers are pretty much $:$ for other semi limited shelf brews

    Thanks Evilcat. PVW is definetly not the same as others. Released in 3 small batches in 2008.

    Yea hopefully somebody else can offer some more info. I don't remember seeing any trades involving this one for a while

    Was it PVW 23?

    Just wondering since there will be a PVW 20 released this year.

    It might be a decent idea to trade any old bottles soon.

    this beer is a perfect storm of bad speculation on your part. past its peak, coming out again soon.

    OP said it was batch #2 so it was a blend of PVW barrels. Batch #1 was PVW 23

    Only one batch... Three bottlings. All from 2008. It was 23year. We were very fortunate to get 9 PVW barrels some of the very last Stitzel Weller distillery product. This was the 20 year(for the 2013 vintage). Only one last Stitzel Weller bottling to go and it's gone forever. These last few bottlings are blends actually. The barrels we got were filled 12/30/91 and the distillery closed June 92.
