Title kinda says it, but I was wondering if its worth picking a few more of these up for trades. 3000 bottles produced, got a couple for myself but haven't had a chance to open one yet.
If you want to try to hype a beer's trade value, it's best not to mention that you can just go "pick more up".
Did it sound like i was trying to hype it? Just finding out of there's any demand. Thanks for thread shits though. Anyone here feel like being helpful today?
It would probably trade for locals or limited seasonals. The only Big Sky beer with any trading pull out of the ordinary is Ivan the Terrible, which only a couple years ago sat on shelves for months.
beatification has trade value? it's going for fbs now. olde bluehair is pretty mediocre = low demand = low trade value. it's also distributed (got it in ca). you know what's good though? their kriek.
I've trade Olde Bluehair '11 for several limited beers, including Zhukov and Bourbon Fred from the Wood. I say get them and drink them in a few years if they don't trade. I just had the '10 Olde Bluehair and thought it was incredibly tasty!
Ok, thanks everyone. I guess I'll just crack open one of these and see what its worth to me. Then I can decide if I should buy a few more or save my money for Fiftyfifty next weekend.
I traded three bottles of olde bluehair; some of the things I received were BB4D and BB4D and Better Half. Is Fiftyfifty releasing more Eclipse?
