Is Hidden Springs March of the Damned + Shared Coffee Shop Vibes + AS Old Bendmaster b2 enough to get MT Fellowship of Xul and Horus Prairie Pizzaz 3:2? I offered it on another site and got no hits

    Looking for opinions

So I'm ISO 3 of Kane's Black Friday releases
    Washed Ashore
    Maple Barrel Evening Bell
    Boardwalk Twist
    FT I have
3 Floyd's 2019 Dark Lord Rye barrel aged variant with a 18th St BA Bitches Bank as a plus.

So does this seem fair? Am I overvaluing my DL variant? Should I come up more?
    Thanks
    Cheers jake

I'm a Kane fanboy and I think you're fine. It's just harder to find Kane traders for some reason. I really just think they drink most of their beer.

What was the retail price of BC double barrel? Trying to gauge what would constitute a fair trade for some, but have no idea if the bottle was $20-25 or more than that.

New here, so I thought I'd ask first. Thoughts on the trade value of a 2019 BCBS Reserve Rye? I'd love to get a 2 year reserve, do you think that's a $4$ or not?

The 2 year retailed for approximately double in my experience, and seems to be a lot more limited. I saw lots of places with rye, only one with 2 year.

Ok thank you. I spoke to someone outside of Louisville Friday that said he had gotten the 2 year for $20 at one place, and somehow had a pic of 19 of them. I actually had a verbal agreement with him(not here) for a 1:1 and had mine boxed and ready and he backed out and blocked me. But then I saw some places in NY were pricing it as you said, about $32. I just figured it was inflated a little like everything else in NY, lol. Is it ok to offer cash for the difference, or is it always just beer?

No cash on this site. The only place I saw 2 year available it was like $35.99. I saw rye for $15.99, it seemed like a mistake, then found some for $16.99. Crazy considering that Cherry crap is being sold for $25.

Here it’s just beer. Sounds like a bad trader to have an agreement and then back out, probably got a better offer somewhere else seeing the offers people have been making for 2-yr

Ok. Yeah shady for sure. He said he was going to gift it to his BIL. But he had a pic of 19 of them and told me how he went store to store with another person and got so many. Went as far as to say he would box it up this weekend, so I went ahead and boxed up his. Even sent him pics of the process. Then he told me that, blocked me, and left the group he posted the pic in. Probably did me a favor not having to deal with him.

Ok thanks. I did get the rye for the same price as you.
I’m wondering if a Kane Sunday Brunch 18 would be a fair offer, but I need to look around some more.

Not even close IMO. 2 Year Reserve is trading at ~ Prop 19 levels and is considerably more rare at least in the Chicagoland area. I only think Reserve Rye has trade value because of the box and 'Reserve,' not because it's a special beer.

On one side is a 2019 Weller 12. On the other side is a Double Barrel BCS. On the third side is me, looking at these two bottles, wondering if they’re even, or which side adds, or if I remembered to take my pills this morning. Please help.

I guess it’s subjective to what is considered “rare” and valuable. One person I saw in another group had 19 2 year reserves after going store to store in Louisville, some more than once(that’s a subject for a different conversation). In one store he said it was $20, and in most others it was $25-28. In other groups, some have said that the 18 vintage is still on some shelves. Now I’m not saying it’s $4$, but I think it’s true value might be inflated a bit. But at the end of the day, the value is determined by what someone is willing to pay though.

It is subjective but if you take a look in the ISO;FT -> Limited, 2 Year Reserve is commanding a much higher price than Reserve Rye. Some ISO that are being asked for for a 2 Year Reserve are much more "valuable" beers or the 2 year is being packaged with a Reserve Rye + Prop to get something much more whaley. The Limited section isn't based off of what the beer cost to purchase, but off of the perceived or actual rarity, completed trades, and secondary price (even if no one acknowledges that).
