Anyone know the value of starry noche?

Does it go 1:1 with this year's BAAT?

 

How unattainable is PVW Black Magick? Does it trade 1:1 with Maman or is it more like a BBT level? I know this is an older beer so probably not a huge abundance still in circulation but it can't hurt to ask.

If you’re talking about the 2013 PVW Black Magick, I think it’s well over $1000 secondary if not over $1500 at this point. It would take way more than both BBT AND Maman combined unfortunately.

 

Yeah I believe it was that or a BL beer might get some action. I've not had the 19' all I know is I've tried to land the 18' recently and got offers for the 19'. This whole Cinammon bomb thing might just even itself out after a year. RFI b1 got crazy good with a little bit of time.

DG The Floue Flou and Coex Purple

Or

Leaner+ another Casey fruit

Unless there's something I'm missing here with regard to that specific blend, typically Hommage 750s don't trade nearly that high. I'd probably say it's more along the lines of 1:1 with those dG bottles, and lower than Leaner.

 

Nothing special - no idea on value and trying to gauge where this would line up with a couple wants. I appreciate the feedback.

 

I'm trying to land a big stout with a Casey Supreme Clientele Magnum '19. Ideally BAAT '20 but that seems like a stretch right now.

Just wondering where these fall value wise? Chemtrail '18, Assassin '19, Nillerzzzzz b2, Handjee (no preference, any '16's left???). Any others I'm missing?

 

Relatively green trader here. Looking to try to turn my cellar into a few more interesting things. Is there somewhere to look up relative prices or trade logs? Beer black book seems to not be updated and probably inaccurate.

I've been fishing about to try to get some Julius as it's my gfs favorite, but no luck on my current post. What is that going rate lately?

If I threw in my can of ADWTD I'm sure Id get bites but I don't want to go there yet. Seems like that at least has a good demand, but not sure I want to part with it since I love barleywine...

 

Going rate for Julius is a $4$ trade. When it’s available at the brewery it can be bought by the case and it’s regularly available. So looking at your post, getting 4-6 cans or more should be no problem. You do not need to break out your ADWTD can unless you want a case plus, haha. I would cross post it - limited, but more likely locals and dollar for dollar. I’m surprised you haven’t gotten any bites. Good luck!

 

This thread is your best bet to gauge trade value. As MattOC said Julius Is more of a $4$, but not everyone's going to jump out and trade you. Being new, you're going to have to develop some relationships in order to get desirable beers like that $4$.

And no don't trade your adwtd for Julius. You could dangle your ADWTD for a nice Hill Farmstead bottle or other half and get Julius as a side trade $4$?

Hey guys! I am new to the forum. Does anyone ever trade these or know the value of these? I have 2 Sam Adams Millenniums, pretty much the whole series of Utopias going back to the first year made (2000) and I have 4 (or 5) of the triple bocks including samples from each of the 3 years produced.

I have a lot of other collectibles too, but I am just interested in gaining knowledge on value at this point.

I'm ISO (1) any year Utopias bottle.

Would Hyper Mash Hydra or any other of the more rare BL get that Utopias?

Modern Times XUL, Wizard Blend, or do I need to go up to DB Wizard blend be in line? Or are we talking multiples?

I think they trade generally for about cost. I just traded one for an assortment of lambic (Vig, Iris, Groseille Rouge, and an older 3F Gueuze and Kriek), which was generous to my mind.

I’m weak on stout values but would guess somewhere around 1+ those bottles from what I can gather. I would expect DB Wizard Blend would be a little too much. I’m sure someone else knows better.

I have a bunch more if you want to try to work something out.

 

It's ridiculous that anyone would pay the retail of utopias. I would try posting those 2(HH+Xul). No one is ISO utopias. Its a Sam Adams cash grab. That's fair and the Sam Adams side would prob be getting a killer deal.
