Blood Oath pact 6 a good plus? Or EC Barrel Proof?

ECBP would be light. I think Blood Oath 6 would get the job done as a plus. You'd be looking for a plus somewhere between OWA and W12...so other plus options would be Stagg Jr, OF SiB BP, MWND, Blantons (but someone trading away a GTS will probably not want Blantons).

How much would I need to add on to a BBT b4 to obtain Rye BBT? Another BBT b4 type of bottle?

Oh damn please don't let it be true. I was under the impression it was slightly less valuable than regular BBTs...both due to the few comments I've heard that most people prefer regular BBT to it, and there also being less demand. Have I made myself an RBBT echo chamber?

I'm no expert on secondary value but RBBT is not less valuable/desirable than regular BBT. I've also been lucky enough to have RBBT twice and it is HANDS DOWN the best stout i've had this year and that's been the conscious with those I've enjoyed it with. Just offering a different point of view to the "most people prefer regular BBT" comment...

Probably around 1 VRU difference. Rye seems to be going around the range of BBT2.

I have had Rye BBT twice and can say that it's just about preference. There is less baker's chocolate notes in the Rye BBT, but a bit more peppery notes. For what it's worth I preferred BBT3 over all of them so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

Completely agree here. It all depends on what you want. You could easily get a larger package of HF, Cantillon, MT mid tier bottle probably on the order of 8-10 (more folks want KBBS and are willing to go over on quantity, I know I did). Once you eclipse that middle ground and start in on Maman / Anabasis territory you are probably at 2, maybe 3 if someone is ISO. Also pretty sure Brew4k went to distro but not 100%.

Any idea of what a cork date 2015 Cantillon D’Aunis (b1) trades for? Mainly hope to trade for bigger Hill bottles or I will just drink it lol

You are correct. It was pretty limited, and most of it seemed to be distributed in the Seattle/Puget Sound area (there were reports of stores in the Seattle area that had it on the shelf for more than a month - here in PDX, I don't think any store had it around for more than a day or two). Even so, it's my understanding that Oregon and California did see some limited distribution (VERY limited distribution).

I've asked about this in the past as I'm sitting on the bottle as well but always struggled to find out how desirable it is compared to more recent batches. Good luck on getting the feedback you desire. I'll be watching along as well.

    Cheers!

Hey Justin, it moves in bulk on STL Craft burrito. Seems to run just under 1 VRU from what I see.

Wait, 2017? You sure you are not referring to 2020 cans? I thought those were about a VR unit. I would think 2017 goes for more?

    2020 is going for 1/2 VRU. 2017 right around/under 1 VRU.

What is the value on HF Aaron? Would I be in the ballpark offering a BCBS Birthday + Anniversary? Overkill? Not enough?
    Thanks
