Went with DBVSOJ + Boss Ryeway + Cantillon Rose Gambrinus asking for 10 cans Monkish. I feel like thats pretty fair, should be almost spot on $4$.

But what do I know?! Trading is hard (in the first world problem sort of view)

 

I don’t think people look at the in person forums as much. I’ve only had 1 in person close. I’ve posted several times there and had people reach out much later, sometimes several weeks or a couple months, but at that point I had already drank whatever I had posted or moved to shipping.

 

Long time want is Hand of Glory. Would Wendigo Triple Oaked (2023) go 1:1?

 

I would say if Wendigo Triple Oaked hit Tavour you’d probably need to add. Also black bw isn’t something a lot of people are into.
They’re probably not too far off from each other though.

 

Looking to get a Tg kbbs (don't care year). Would any of these go 1:1? Or some combo?

Maybe phase Rule could add a small plus to offset trading a 750ml more expensive(not sure how much they were but assuming at least $50) for a 375ml $40 bottle.

 

Are Eighth State BA stouts trading for much these days?

 

For the most part, no. There are still some older bottles that carry value, but I think the hype with Eighth state is over.

 

I'm just trying to find out a ballpark trade value for the Side Project Silent Barrels #798 & #767. I'm looking to get other Side Project stouts and barleywines but I don't want to be over reaching in my ISO. Or even worse, under reaching.

 

Is my question too vague maybe? I'm basically trying to find out what other small format Side Project stouts I could possibly get with these two bottles.

 

I'd say shoot your shot. All these silent barrels have been closing for 150+VRU on other platforms. Figure out what you want and post a reasonable ask accordingly. Cheers.

Anyone seen any much Drafting Table barrel aged beers being traded lately?

They're releasing a couple of interest to me this weekend. I suppose part of their value will depend on if the beers make it past member's only sales to public release.

 

Been out of the trading game for a number of months. Curious what the hive mind would put the value of the following beers.

I'm a little bit interested in trading for a bottle of Utopias. I have some Side Project bottles to trade. Would Rye BBT batch 2 or BA cocovibes batch 2 batch 2 go 1:1 or would one party have to add. Are different years/vintages of Utopias better/more valued in a trade?

 

I think one hurdle might be the retail price of Utopias, it’s suggested at $240. I’ve seen it cheaper as well as more expensive.

Another could be it is a resealable bottle.

While those SP’s are sought after, someone might be looking at an evening out of cost, etc. from your end.

 

Sometimes craft beer or whiskey bars get a bottle in and serve one or two ounce pours. I'd keep an eye out for that. It's really not worth pursuing a whole bottle of, like not even a little bit. Of course, that is unless you're asking because you've had it and want more...
