That's what I was thinking to. Moreover, seems like that might be low - but not seen many ISO Label us since before the most recent wakefest - so no idea what demand is like or what bottles are trading for.

Agreed--think you could go FO+NC+FS+(something standard BL maybe???)

Have some Mexican Coffee Cake bottles, and trying to diversify my stoutfolio.

Would this be 1:1 with Vanilla Abraxas?

Was also thinking 2:1 with the lesser Bottle Logic stouts like Number Crunch or Ground State, or 3:1 with FO, but have gotten crickets so far on my ISO post.

My personal opinion is that Coffee Cake values vary greatly. Some people value them just above regular MC, while other people value it much closer to Reserve (with reserve being just a little below FO b3). I suspect that the average is somewhere around BCBCS, Fuzzy, 1/2ish FO b3, etc. However, it has been around for awhile, MC batches seem to vary quite a bit, and it's significantly more plentiful than in the past. Just 2 years ago, if memory serves, it was only 1 or 2pp, and would sell out same day. Last year, I think it was 3pp/day and lasted for....several days with 2 or 3 total drops?

Number crunch is much closer to FO than it is to Ground state. GS trades 1:1 with Jam the Radar and SoA all the time. But I haven’t seen any of those three move 1:1 for a number crunch.

I think you would have a shot at 2:1 for ground state or jam the radar though.

Think you could get a Vanilla Abraxas with a small + or even 1:1.

NC is equal with FO like he stated. GS would probably be 2:1. Problem is I dont know if people want 2 Coffee Cake you may want to look for a different plus.

Exactly this. It takes a lot of eyes off the trade proposal when multiples of a perceived "lesser" beer are involved. Sub in a regular cake and some Kie Lime Pie Gose and it might have a better chance. Not saying that'll get it done but I would be more interested in the variety, personally.

haven't seen many trades for Abnormal BA M3, what kind of plus would I need to land a VR?

Hasn't seemed to be trading really high. BAM3 + M3 may be close.

What kind of tier of stouts would the upcoming Side Project Raspe trade for? Similar value as Fuzzy?

Completely depends on allocation and bottle count. It's also the first bottling so could go a bit higher. If you have a specific ISO, I'm down to try Raspe

You'll probably see that i asked a similar question in the SP thread.

My guess is it depends on quantity and sell out. Fencerow is the closest to gauge, but due to quantity produced, it lasted awhile and frequently traded at $4$. This is what's i am hoping for (selfishly), as I am really looking to get 1-2 bottles.

I think the biggest issue might just be the optics. Specifically, finding interest and someone willing to trade a VR "down" since so many use it to trade up. Yet to see a BA M3 ISO, so personally I'd be hard pressed to give up a VR when I could use some other trade bait.

My lambic (seasonals, lpk, magnum A&G and Cantillon, D'aunis, 50N b4, some vintages) for Kate the great/ Portsmouth brewery brewed kabert. This would be international. What ratios could I expect. Thanks

I'm not a mead guy, but have access to Schramms. Being that it's limited and quite pricey, does it tend to trade 1:1 for limited BA stouts, such as K13, BBT, or Dark Lard.

BBT, K13 and Dark lord are really 3 way different tiers.

Depending on the Schramms it could trade 1:1 for some limited stouts. Keep in mind that many schramms bottles are available to purchase on the internet if you know a proxy. Some of the more limit bottles do tend to trade pretty high.

    Hello, Old friend.

It depends on what you have. Anything "shelf" like of theirs will not. Once you start getting into the limited ones, it goes up from there.

HOD is the only one which goes for something like BBT or something similar.
