Based on previous versions could Angry Chair BA IGCCS 22 and DB Rocky Road 22 get a BBT 21? 2:1?

Yes. BA IGCCS is 200 all day, DB rocky road will probably be like 120-160. BBT21 is lower than past BBT's so you might even be able to get a plus on your side

Would a package of Fremont B3K, B4K, B5K pull a recent Assassin? I've got the Fremont, thanks for any feedback.

should do the trick. You’d have to find someone that loves barleywine though. If I had an assassin I’d do that lol

    More clueless cues from me:

How does For Phil's value compare to each of: Generational, Continuance TWCP, and BBT 19?

Would love to try any of those, but guessing I'm pretty far off on BBT '19. Unsure about the others.

I'll take a stab at this, even though I'm often a little behind with recent values.

I would say Phil is even with Generational but a little below TWCP? Thinking Generational is 200ish? BBT19 almost 2x Phil.

With that being said, I believe Phil will rise in value. It's great, but I've realized there are two types of craft beer drinkers. Those who like cinnamon and those who do not. Those who do not, feel that it is an unbalanced cinnamon bomb. Those who do, feel that it is an excellent balanced beer. I'm on team For Phil.

For more of my 0.02, I feel Phil is way better than Generational and I'd rather drink it over BBT19. Of course I'm comparing an adjunct-ed stout to non-adjunct, so not apples to apples.

    TWCP Cont is great btw.

Basically just more enjoyable to me. Generational was very dark fruit heavy (prune/raison). Not my favorite tasting notes with BA stouts. Phil was creamier on the palate and the vanilla cinnamon combo was perfect. Barrel was more pronounced with Generational though.

    @Harrison8
I haven’t had any of the above SP bottles, but from trades and other forums Phil is definitely the lowest value of the bottles you listed.
It seemed to have tanked pretty hard after the public release. Definitely still a valuable bottle to have but would probably need to add for those other bottles.
I can’t really think of any reason For Phil would continue to rise over time. Maybe just being a SP one-off and less available bottles over time? Or the cinnamon would fade?
You could still post the trade though. No harm in trying.

All good points. I'm more a fan of plain stouts, hence my interest in Generational or BBT19 (I have had 21 and now have a bottle of 20). I also enjoyed For Phil on site and really enjoyed it. I'm not heartbroken to hold onto it.

May give this trade a try, or at least see what feedback I can get.

    Thanks, all. Cheers.

Go after BBT19, you'll just have to add a nice bottle.

For Phil and BAA '19 are about all I have right now. I'll dig around and see what else I can work with, as those two alone seems like they may be a little short...?

Probably less than previous years since MT makes so much nowadays, my guess it will maybe settle around 150 after a couple months. That being said, it's an incredible beer and definitely one of the best MT makes.

Maybe I should try to track one down. Hard to beat Modem Tones Vanilla and Chaos Grid: Final Course IMO. Liked them better than Monsters Park
