How does SR71 b2 compares to lambic. Is something like zenne b2+Magic+50n b4 reasonable?
I have seen SR b1 go for zenne b1+b2, so I guess I am not that far off. Please let me know.

Are you looking at just a recent year, or are you looking at an older year?

International or within country? If within country - US or outside US?

can do both ip belgium, international or maybe find a proxy on US. No rush on the trade, so the best overall trade for both sides.

I have a ‘16 Magnum but have had it over a year and haven’t come any closer to finding a group/event to drink it. Thought it might make more sense to get it in to someone’s hands that would.

If you are looking in the US (No international shipping for the person with the SR-71) You can probably get this done with someone that wants Lambic. Zenne B2 - even with the additional releases that have happened - is still hard to track down; and everyone wants some Magic. Neither very plentiful in the U.S., although magic less so. Getting those 3 bottles for SR-71 should happen.

Within US shipping, it might even happen without the 50N. Just depends. I'm inclined to believe that most people sitting on those bottles are looking for "top dollar," so I suspect the 50N may be the tipping point.

Within Belgium or any other IP deal - I suspect you'll need these 3 bottles for sure. The more rare the BA stouts brought over, the more they seem to fetch. Lots of people willing to throw some high value lambic (or a number of lower-value but still desired bottles like 50N) at one of these since they don't want to do international shipping.

If doing international - I think you can get it done for somewhere between the Zenne+ Magic and Zenne+Magic+50N. It depends on how much you guys expand. The more you expand, the more people are willing to waive strict values. Usually. If you're not expanding - expect to give up all 3 for sure.

Magnums seem to trade somewhere between 1/2 and 1 VR. (Someone please correct me if I am wrong).

What Weller(s) are you looking for now that you know the approximate valuation. That could help narrow this further.

Antique or 12 and that’s where I have a hard time with the valuation. Would the magnum have a chance of pulling either bottle?

Everything depends on the size. It's my understanding (not as knowledgeable about whiskey) that Weller comes in 3 sizes - 750, 1Liter, and 1.75L, and that 750 is certainly the most common. Don't know if that's true, but at least for me it seems a lot harder to try to even lookup information on 1.75L and such.

    750s:
Antique isn't that hard to find/come by. Someone would jump at that offer. I think it's a fair trade for a 750 of Weller 12 also, but a "right set of eyes" sort of deal potentially...For a number of reasons, including that not everyone wants a magnum.

    1L/1.75L:
Not sure on the value of these for the Antique, but given that Antique just isn't that hard to come by to begin with, you might be able to land the 1.75L Antique for the Magnum. By contrast, I'd be rather surprised if you landed a 1.75L Weller 12 for the magnum.

Note: Lately, as we are heading towards stout season, that means we are heading towards more whiskey drinking as well, it seems like the asks for Weller 12 (and even Antique) are increasing. I don't get it other than that people are trying to take advantage of the increased demand leading up to the season before these bottles come out again. Take this for what you will.

Anyone have any thoughts on DFH BA 120?

I have a non-craft buddy who loves 120, I was thinking about trying to score a bottle for his birthday.

How many VR units are we talking about for a full Transient Buckley set from this year? I'm on the lookout.

In the market for some barleywine. Thoughts on a BA Dorothy (b3) + FOb4 for a HOG b2?

I’m also curious how much HoG is going for. I’ve been trying to trade AC Unrepentant and Cycle S’mores and that does seem to be enough. Am I just way off in the value of the recent AC release?

I don't know much about these - So I take it at face value that this is accurate.

That said, which one is the "expensive" one to trade for? 2 or 3 of them were available for a week+ from the thread (I seem to recall). is Canuckley the tough one to get? The others should be cheaper, yes?
