What would be an appropriate level of + on top of a BAA '18 for an LPK '11?

Fair enough. I actually assumed it was beer-trading niche enough that it wouldn't show up. Didn't assume it was so mainstream.

New to this and trying to learn all the lingo. So, I have a bottle of Perennial Anniversary 18 from the annual membership and as it wasn't publicly sold I was wondering what the VR units in trade I would be looking at for it as I have no idea where to start.

It's closed 1:1 with BAA '18 multiple times on FB. Not sure what that means in VR units as I'm not a secondary guru. But should be a starting point for you regarding value.

I don't remember limits but Kentuckley, Canuckley and Bring the Ruckley are all barrel aged versions to go with Bark Lord and Buckley being non BA. Kentuckley and Canuckley were 4pp limit and Ruckley was 2pp. Untappd ranks them as Kentuckley, Canuckley and Ruckley (4.62,4.6,4.55)

In case anyone was curious I was able to close this 1:1. Not sure if that's the appropriate values, but both parties are on board with the trade.

Thoughts on CW Black Gold '18 for St. Lam?

Thank you for providing that feedback. It appears I was a fair bit off in what it would take to trade for an LPF '11, LPF '12 or LPF '13.

Not sure how far off your ask would be, but I always thought LPK vintages were valued significantly higher than LPF vintages. Someone with more lambic trading experience might be able to shed light on whether my assumption is accurate or not.

I always thought they were relatively close, with maybe a slight edge in trade value towards the LPK. Having said that, I would love if you are correct as I prefer the LPF.

Present day vintages: LPK has the advantage all day. By perhaps twice the trade value or something.

I think generally people prefer to LPF/K fresh. Generally.

Not sure about vintages and weather one particular LPF might be more valuable than another.

All this said, I'd expect trade value to be potentially higher on these older rarer bottles even if relative value is a VR or less.
