I don't see why it couldn't close 1:1. FOb4 is all over the place but seems to be in that range.

Considering trading a '16 BA darkness for some recent other half offerings. What should I be looking at ratio wise?

I think they are very close. With that said... Maybe a small plus to close it quickly

Which morning delight? Batch 4 then yes. Batch 5 I would say no at this point, but the market hasn't really settled yet on it, best to wait after it hits.

Been out of the trading game for a while now but looking to move HF CD10 and WOL anchorage (b1), my interest is in BA barleywines and stouts and also Cantillons to a lesser extent - some of the odder bottles as well as stuff like Vigneronne, St. Lam etc.

Any help? Would these trade 1:1 with the Cantillons? What about things like BBT, FO, Angry Chair and J wakefield stouts? Derivation? Is that out of this league? Maybe I need to narrow my ISO focus a bit...

Also very much ISO HF stouts and Aaron. Also ADWTD (b2 within reach here?). BA Jackie O's also of interest.

OK fine I'm all over the place.

You'd probably need to add between 1-2 more St. Lam.

This will be tough to gauge IMO because those are older bottles people don't really look for. However, they are pretty rare and, especially since CD10 ishas art blended, they should be worth something. If you put them together I guess maybe you could pull one big bottle of something but I bet you would be short a BBT unless you got lucky with the right set of eyes. Things like ADWTDb2 or aaron or JO should be able to get for just one of them. Maybe if you can join a HF facebook group and ask there.
Derivations are basically impossible to get unless you have KBBS or SR71 or bourbon. You should be able to get FO and or more BL, especially FOb4, AC and JWB stuff though especially non-BA. This probably didn't help much but I doubt you will find a great answer about values for those 2 bottles here, good luck.

If I offered up 2 FOb4 would I be able to land 2 Cantillon beers? Not necessarily 2 Fou, but another lambic with Fou included? I have little knowledge on Cantillon beers and even less knowledge on what they trade for

I suggest maybe looking through each type and seeing what appeals to you. I think something like Fou or other seasonal + a shelfie for 2 FOb4 is about even, if you are short it could be a 375 bottle of the shelfie. You are probably short on a St. Lam from this year but might get one from previous years. Personally I am in the camp that by far the best bang for your buck is getting a gueuze thats a few years old, though shipping lambic in warm temps is not great for it.

Seasonals like Fou, Vigneronne, Nath, St. Lam, (LPG and LPF maybe you get for 2:1 or maybe 2+:1)
Shelfies/less valuable like RdG, Iris, Kriek, GcB
Out of your range without more bottles: 50N, magic lambic, d'aunis, LPK, blabaer

I've recently come across a bottle of Weiße Geuze Yasmin, a collaboration between Schneeeule and h.ertie. I understand that h.ertie blends are pretty rare and therefore sought after in US. This particular blend was limited to 200 bottles from what I have been able to gather. Any idea what kind of stuff this might fetch in terms of big BA Stouts, preferably with some IPAs thrown in?

I've got a set of all of Stone's Vertical Epic Ales FT, every one from 020202 onwards to the last one. Thoughts on what I should do here?
I know they're extremely rare at this point, but I also know that the early ones are quite old at this point too, so not sure exactly what you're going to get once you open those up..

Would BCBCS 16 and 17 with either a Bent Paddle Double Shot Double Black or BA Sillohette pull a 15 Rare? Am I way off?

Probably short on the RR end by a bit. Early reports from MDb5 are high. Either have to add on your end or gamble and see if the value drops. Problem with the drop in value is the beer isn't as good as previous batches.

So when you say early reports are high, is that just perceived value not necessarily the quality of the batch?
