In the case of bn, wisconsin is only getting six cases, so i doubt most people will be getting a full four pack anyway.

But anyhow, the amount of liquid inside 2 bottles is the same as a bomber, so other than the $ issue, which people get so damn uptoght about in the forums (to the penny in some cases), itd just be terms of availability. The fact thatbfour packs of black note are being produced suggests more availability, especially since it was actually distributed...lowering its trade value

I completely disagree with this on the grounds that many stores sell bottles such as Black Note as singles. Does it make a trader a dick to try trading away Black Note if they were unable to hit up four different stores for a bottle? I think most would answer no

A year ago BN was a small 1000-ish bottle one-time brewery only release. Now it's a distributed 4-pack that will probably turn into an annual release.

The format itself is actually pretty meaningless in its major trade value shift. Even if they stuck with 750ml bottles it wouldn't have pulled in anything close to what it was landing.

I agree with you..Not always is it possible to find stores around me that will sell beers like BN,KBS and the ilk in 4packs..Most will sell single bottles and only have 1 or 2 per person..

what? why is breaking down a four pack into singles being a dick? just divide the four pack price by 4 for a single bottle to get $ value. what is so hard or "being a dick" about that?

i traded 6 black note 12oz bottles for 2 beatification b5s. i made it 6 because the $4$ value was fairly close. two four packs would have been too much.

The guy with beat B5 should have only traded the full pack, which is a case of 12.

If someone takes the trade then I dont see how it's a bad idea. If you post it multiple times and never get an offer then you might be acting cheap. In the end, no one really cares.

It's some what on the same line as if RR started bottling Younger. Say about the same amount as beat, then when a bathroom hand bottled 12oz of younger would go for a Dave, it now would only get a cherry rye. It's all about availability, what was hard to get before (750 black note, brewery only release) is now easier to obtain (4pk black note, distributed even though very limited).
