Traders 'search' feature

    Do you think there would ever be a way to enter two beers, one I am willing to trade for and one I'm looking for....For example:

    I enter Gratitiude in one column and Four Play in another. This could then pull up anyone that matches a wants for Gratitude and gots for Four Play. I hope that makes sense, the concept is rather simple...the execution...dunno?? I know you can simply post an FT/ISO, but those are often overlooked or not seen by the few people that might match the criteria..

    Interesting idea, but I think you would have to convert to a database-driven trade app of some kind. Success would largely depend on people's willingness to maintain their list.

    When you search the existing trade forum, try using a boolean, like Gratitiude+Four Play. That will give you only results including both terms, but you will have still sort out the ISO from the FT by reading to resulting post.

    My understanding is that if you go back three, maybe four years, there was a Wants/Gots matching feature on BA, but that it got scrapped when it started being too much of a drain on the site's resources. Maybe with the site redesign it will make a return in some form.
