Trading extras from previous trades

Is it acceptable to openly post a beer FT that you received as an extra in a recent trade?

    I wouldn't throw it up on a FT, but I have re-extra'd a couple brews because I had had them already and they were on a different trading partners wants.

    i'm in the camp of paying it forward meaning you can extra and extra that you got, but it shouldn't be the centerpiece of a trade. when i do in person swaps, i'll extra the in person trader with something i got as an extra that i've had before simply due to the venn diagram issue. i don't like giving extras that the trader can get and when IP trades go down, if you want to toss an extra, you gotta give them something they can't buy. i've done lots of trading so many extras i get, i've had before so i have no problem passing on the love/tick to someone who may have not had the pleasure yet.
