    I'm looking to give away a piece of glassware. I would like to do this in person. Is this appropriate to place in the IP trade forum even though it's not a trade and not for beer?. (I'm just looking to get eyes on the offer from people in my vicinity) or is a thread in my own regional forum the way to go? I just don't want to post a thread just to get it deleted.

    IMO, just use the breweriana trade forum and note in the title and body that you'd prefer IP.

    If you post and want one of us to check it out to make sure it's all good, LMK.
